Always Eligible

Coach, what do I do now? Former players, always eligible.

Every senior class asks the same question. Always Eligible is the permanent answer: strength and conditioning written for life after the sport, by a Division I strength coach, from his own training library, for your body, your goals and the days you actually have.

Story

While you were in a program, every session was planned for you. You knew how to work hard. You never had to know how to program, because someone did it for you, and then one day they didn't.

That is the gap most former athletes fall into. Old programs, well-meaning advice, and a lot of guessing. Always Eligible was built by a Division I strength coach who watched every graduating class ask him the same question and decided to answer it permanently.

The app gives the structure back without needing the coach in the room. You answer a short set of questions once: what you played, where you played, what you own, how many days you have. It writes you a four-week program from the coach's own library, and it keeps writing the next one.

All I know is to show up and do what I'm told. How do I train once I retire? What every senior asks, and the reason this exists

Philosophy

When you stop training, you stop living.

A healthy body and mind is an able body and mind. Athleticism was never meant to end with your eligibility. It is a lifelong pursuit, so you can do whatever life asks of you: play with your kids and your grandkids, hike, golf, walk a new city for a day, and take care of yourself into old age.

That is why the app is built for every former player, not only the ones still chasing numbers. Training for a rec league, losing the weight the sport demanded, keeping what you built, or just feeling good and taking the pressure out of it are all reasons to open it.

Love

For the work, for the people you did it with, and for a body that can still do things.

Learning

Every program teaches you a little more about how to train yourself.

Longevity

The point is the next forty years, not the next four weeks.

What's Inside

D1

Every movement demonstrated, none of it stock footage

325+ animations drawn movement by movement, most in two planes so you see the hips and the feet at once. Field drills run on an overhead field with the route marked. If a movement is in your program, its demo is one tap away.

D2

A coach's voice, and it's yours

Three coaching voices. Which one you get is set by your level and stays with you through a phase, so the program reads like one person wrote it. It explains what it put in and why, what it left out because you asked, and what this phase is for.

D3

Hall of Records

Every set you log builds a record for that movement. Estimated one-rep maxes, bodyweight, and whatever you decide to track, charted over time.

D4

History

A calendar of every session you finished, with what you actually did that day, and every completed phase kept in full so you can look back at a program a year later.

D5

Swap a movement, keep the program

Replace anything with something from the same tier that your equipment supports. The swap is remembered and progressed into the next phase like it was there from the start. Try it below.

D6

It notices when you go quiet

Three days without a session and your coach checks in, in your voice, not a generic push. Every Monday you get the week in review: sessions completed, what was missed, total weight moved, and where your bodyweight is heading.

Tap the arrow, pick a replacement. The list is the same tier, filtered to the equipment you own, with the engine's original pick pinned at the top so there is always a way back.

How To Use

Two and a half minutes. Sound on, captions built in.

From sign-up to your first logged session.

Watch one athlete go through the whole thing on his phone: creating an account, answering the setup questions once, logging his bests in the Hall of Records, and getting his first four weeks.

Then the part you use every day. Open a week, open a day, tap Demo to see any movement animated from the front and the side, tap Start, check movements off and log your weights, and Finish and Save to put the session on your calendar.
